Don't bring your car/truck to any other body shop!! Chris and Eric are the best and they take great care of their customers and their vehicles. This is the only place I bring any of my cars and all of my families and recommend this location and the one in Frederick to my friends and anyone that I know who has crashed. Eric, Andy and Mr. & Mrs. Zamora's are the best of the best!!!
My car was involved in a collision that caused the AC to stop working. AFTER the insurance adjuster spoke to the shop owner (without even seeing the car), he agreed that the broken AC was not caused by the collision. I should mention that the AC was on and working at the time of the collision. It seems like the shop is in good with the insurance company considering that they would not look into it. I took my car somewhere else. Insurance companies are shady enough without having auto body shops on their side.
Great customer service! Finished my car a week ahead of schedule and the total balance was less than the estimate. They were open and honest throughout the entire process and communicated very well. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
Best body shop in the area bar none! The took special care of my vehicle(I suspect they are this way with everyone!) and walked me through every step of the way!
