I've been rear ended 3 times now, and every time I've taken my car to Imperial. From the moment I drop off my car until I the time I received it back, the entire staff at Imperial always take great care of me and my car and make sure everything goes smoothly. They are 3 for 3 now as I've been very happy with my experience and the quality of their work!
My friend recommended this company down the street from my job in Rockville and I was actually very impressed =) I was already stressed about getting my bumper replaced after an accident and had never had to go through this before. Everyone was very nice and informative during the process, my bumper looks perfect. Waiting area was warm and comfortable, work was fast (within the week) I think the inside of my car was cleaner then I dropped it off. Awesome customer service!! A +++ very reasonable price for work and labor. Trustworthy
I have taken my car for repairs to Imperial twice for separate accidents. Each time they have taken extremely wonderful care of my car and made me feel valued as a customer. This last time, I had a misunderstanding with the insurance adjuster and Imperial offered to step in and take care of the problem at no cost to me. SUPREME customer service! Hopefully I won't have any more auto accidents--however, should the need arise Imperial has a return customer here for sure!

I received impeccable service and customer care at Imperial Auto Body. I unfortunately needed repair after an accident in my 2016 Acura MDX and was dealing with insurance companies and their particular policies. The individuals that I worked at imperial were so accommodating and professional, they made an experience that would have been a nightmare, a complete breeze. They were extremely understanding and happy to do what was needed to appease the insurance companies, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
