It was only thanks to Dave from Scuderi that the insurance adjuster finally showed up, since it is mandatory that the insurance verified and authorized the extra spare parts for Scuderi to finish their work. Despite this delay, Dave made sure that my car was finished on time, and exactly a week later, I was picking up my car, which looked as good as new.
I love this place! I did get my car a day (not including the weekend) later than I expected but it was worth it! My car looks like nothing every happened to it. Extremely happy with the work they did and the communication they had with me about the process of the car. I was referred to them by Statefarm and I guess they have a partnership? Well with that my car was super clean inside and out!
When I first stopped by the shop I was cordially greeted by Chip Scuderi who gave me an estimate for the damages to my Hyundai Accent, from a small fender bender I had been involved in. He told me it would probably be a week's worth of work, provided that my insurance company approved whatever extra parts were needed to fix the damage under the front bumper cover, which couldn't really be assessed until they took it apart.
Did not let me walk out of their shop unsatisfied. Very happy with their work!! My vehicle was basically totaled and they completely repaired it. Friendly staff. Called frequently to update me on their progress. Would definitely recommend to anyone needed minor or major repairs.
