Nice staff. But the car was in bad shape. 234,000 miles. Lots of minor scratches and dents, cigarette burns in seats. Made some bad noises when turning right.

Strongly suggest going elsewhere. Rent a Wreck Rockville rented me an unsafe car with 2 open safety recalls and structural problems. That is illegal under the Raechel and Jacqueline Houck Safe Rental Car Act. They refuse to refund me completely. They continue to be rude and disrespectful. They put my life in danger.
