Professionalism and exceptional! Usually I'm in and out, location where I live in Germantown to Rockville is a few minutes away. Special Thanks to the Branch Manager Cory Heath for doing a great job. Book your reservation ahead of time, you should be on your way in experiencing and renting a variety of clean, comfortable vehicles of your choice. I can truly recommend any of my family and friends in renting from this Hertz location.
The only thing I could not understand was charging me $10 as service fee for extending the contract. I can understand the charge for reduction in rental period.
