Excellent customer service and quick service, both during pick-up and return. They even up graded my rental car without extra charge.
They were very attentive to your needs and they were willing to work with you to get the best possible outcome. I had issues with payment and license, and instead of the typical, "I'm sorry our Policy won't allow that"... they kindly discussed with the supervisor, and after about 10 minutes they proposed a solution that worked for all parties involved.

Not very happy with the service I received. I was past to three reps and I wasn't given the car I was told that was reserved for me. Four people where taken ahead of me and I was given the dirtiest and oldest car ever. No apologies just told to have a great day. My insurance company sent me there and paid for it. So I let them know about the service and the car I was given. They sent me gift cards to make up for the situation and so I could have the car cleaned. I used Enterprise a lot in the past and was very disappointed.
I was looking for a car within my budget. I spent days looking for a good deal. My Son suggested I look at Enterprise. I said I didn't know they sold cars! I drove all the way to Rockville from Towson to meet with Jason Walker. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Jason put my mind at ease. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family!
My girlfriend just rent a car there this past Friday to start the guy that was there suggested to her to take a red Nissan Frontier instead of a Toyota Camry witch for her was fine I was waiting inside my car and he never walk through the entire car just one side and they walk in fast ( I meight be cold that day but never see that in other locations) so she got on the truck and drove it home. Now that today Monday at 4:40pm she returned the truck again I was inside my car waiting for her. The guy that come out he just opened the driver side door look inside and immediately he just walked to the front of the truck when the 3 of them come out the guy that come out to supposedly walk through the truck start to point to the hood of the truck. And has a minimal dent now ( the guy that walk on the truck on Friday he told that the dent wasn’t there on Friday when he didn’t even walk to the front of the truck ) Somebody opened the hood before she got the truck and closed pushing the hood really hard and that’s how the dent got there. In the 3 days that my girlfriend got the truck nobody and I mean nobody was or went near the truck ( if you ask how do I know on how the dent was made I’m a auto body repair guy and those dents happen a lot when they either push to hard the hood or trying to closed hard ) When I asked they guy if he didn’t see it on Friday he say no and I told him it’s a pretty noticeable dent and he say yes and I told him yeah you didn’t see it because you didn’t walk to the front of the truck and he didn’t say anything. Now my girlfriend has to pay a deductible for something that she never did. They suck big time training your people the right way or get people that going to do a full work not just half for this not to happen again to somebody else.
