This dealership cant be trusted.I have tried them many times and they always offered the most expensive lease prices I have ever heard . We were interested in 2017 Kia Candeza limited, we ended up getting the exact same car from another Kia dealer, but 3k cheaper which was about $100 cheaper in lease. Same car,same trim level, and same down payment. 3k cheaper in in other kia dealer. I decided to leave this review to let customers know that they are NOT getting the best deal.
Service department went above and beyond to give me great service without trying to nickel and dime me! I appreciated that!
I used to work as a lot porter with Valerie at King Kia and Volkswagen in Gaithersburg, she's the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and no nonsense. Since management at King was the exact opposite of those three things, I can see why they didn't like her, and when she left, I quit a few hours later.
Felix was fantastic - really listened to me, didn't try to oversell me, totally knew exactly what I needed and anticipated all my questions before I even asked them. SO MUCH better than dealing with your typical car salesman. Highly recommend.
In search for a used car, over the last week, I test drove with Aaron Little. This was one of the best car dealership experiences I had. It was professional, yet casual, and free of any pressure. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. I really enjoyed my time with Aaron and at the dealership in general. I went to several places around the D.C. Metro and most felt how you'd expect, like you're not a customer, but an animal being hunted, Herson's Kia could not have been farther from that.
