It was the easiest purchasing experience we've ever ... well, experienced. The attention to our needs by far (which is an extreme understatement) surpassed any, and I mean yes - any, car dealer I've ever been to or bought from. And I've bought at least 6 cars in my life. Enterprise listens to what you need and provides you with choices that directly fit within your requirements. And judging by the salesperson's focus, their training must not include the word "up-sale". Our sales person could have easily chose to up-sale us on other more expensive cars but he stayed the course with us. I truly appreciate that. The funny thing is, my wife and I were out car shopping and after visiting a large new-car dealership - and feeling overwhelmed with their high pressure sales routine - we looked at the tiny little Enterprise Car Sales lot and said to ourselves, "no way". There's no way that little place is going to have what we want. I've never bought a used car before and a used rental car at that? Impossible. Well, being so turned off by the dealership's sales approach, we said, "what the hell"! It can't hurt to check it out. After all, Enterprise is a big brand and they must want to protect their image by selling good cars, right? Turns out, that is right. We bought a used Jeep within 30 minutes. Why? Because they do care. And they do make sure the cars they sell are the best from their fleet. They gave us a 12 month warranty on a super clean and well-maintained Jeep Patriot. We've had the car for a few weeks now (it's 12/27/17) and it's been a joy to drive. It looks, acts, smells and sounds just like a new car - accept we paid a huge amount less for it :) - I've rambled enough. If you're in the market for a car - and pre-owned isn't out of the question - it would behoove you to give Enterprise a shot. They're going to surprise you. Cheers!
Smooth and easy car buying process. Took less than 2 hours since I already had looked online and knew what vehicles I was interested in. Mitchal was easy going, not pushy at all. Listened to what I wanted out of a car and looked at some options. Great experience and I did it all by myself :) No pressure lol. Will definitely come back for my next used car
First of all, the professionalism of the staff was amazing. I felt welcomed and each one really did care about me as a customer and there as absolutely no pressure. Jason Walker is one of the nicest men I've ever met and he was so patient. Casey ordained it all together as he had Jason help me. And I take my hat off to Marice Rogers for this gentleman worked super hard for me and never gave up until he got me the right deal. I applaud all three and I am blessed to have met and worked with each of them on getting my new Jeep Cherokee = it is awesome!
