Jay Gleason was working on my roof from The Home Wise Pros and I highly recommend him and his team. The whole process was extremely professional and top-notch quality all around. If I ever need more work done with my roof I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
After the work was done, he showed us the pictures that were taken during the work so we know exactly what the state of our roof was - in our case we were glad we got it fixed before winter, because the builders of the house had not installed drip edges and the extent of the damage became obvious once the old shingles were removed.
I think there are 2 choices for a house: If you just need the roof fixed because you are moving out and need it done cheap -
Jay was great. He came on time and well prepared. He explained the details and listened carefully to what we expected from him. He provided lots of images from his work and explained the details why things were done in a certain way.
We also were working with another contractor at the same time who did the rake boards etc and will do the gutters next week. Jay did an excellent job in aligning with the other contractor.
The new roof looks great, the old pipes are painted and all seals were replaced. Everything was on time and whenever we called, Jay knew what was going on and we always felt he was on top of every single detail. His team cleaned up great - better than it was before. Three screens got damaged from falling shingles and Jay pointed this out to us before we noticed. They already are fully repaired.
