Because this was an insurance repair, he documented every part of the repair with pictures and provided a detailed report afterwards that I presented to my insurance company. He was upfront on what he thought insurance would not cover, but detailed everything for me anyway.

I can't say enough good things about the workers. They worked hard, they worked smart and they worked safe. During my repair there was considerable chances of rain. The repair took longer because of this, but the job was done in such a way as there was never any chance of interior leaking. Each roof surface was done individually, protected as necessary until they could be joined as intended. No mess at the end of each day and no mess left over after they were finished.
Hire them. We are happy we did. We hired Roof Masters after soliciting three bids for a medium-sized roof replacement in Potomac. Their bid was the lowest of the group of highly-rated contractors, but the work they performed was top-notch. They were clear about what, how, and by when they planned to complete the work and then executed the plan very well. They were careful with our house, landscaping and they cleaned up thoroughly throughout the project. A professional operation, crew and project lead that genuinely cared about my project and their work. If you need a new roof - hire them.
From the initial sales visit to the installation of our roof, everything runs like a well oiled machine with Roof Masters. Our sales rep, Kenny was awesome. He took his time and explained everything, answered all of our questions and did not try to do a hard sell. Which was much appreciated- we had another company come in to give us an estimate and it was like visiting a used car lot. That rep kept pushing us to sign that day for ridiculous reasons. We have a dog and Kenny was so sweet to her and was just overall a great person to deal with. We actually got scheduled in pretty quick to get our roof replaced. Joe managed our install and communicated with us every step of the way, from the day before to several days after to make sure we were happy with everything. We had to get our entire plywood replaced and they managed to get all the plywood replaced as well as the roof all in one day (we own a townhouse). Very pleasant experience from start to finish. We would recommend Roof Masters to everyone, especially Kenny and Joe.
