They send spam like crazy and will not unsubscribe me. I followed their procedure to unsubscribe over a month ago and still the spam flows.

I was lured to submit my email address by a scam advert email which promised information that was not forthcoming. Three subsequent "unsubscribe" requests were unsuccessful. I have finally tried calling to request that my email be removed from their list. We will see what happens.

Very bad. I did not purchase or authorize charges to my American Express charge card, but you have charged $189.00. I have disputed the charge and asked AmEx to investigate and reverse the charge. It seems your company is notorious for doing that. Once you somehow get someone's card information you use it to charge for services not wanted or requested.
