By far the WORST taxi service ever!!!! They don't deserve any starts. I am very disappointed. I waited for over an hour and they never show up. Definitely, I wouldn't use their service again.
Horrible they always on the cellphone stinks a ciggarret saying bad words on.the cellphone all the time they never like to get out the vehicle and help they always look with actitud problems.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Always late. will have you waiting forever. I tried calling my cab an hour early, and these clowns still ended up being late. Never use this cab. How are they not closed down?
Action taxi most clean and safe taxi, that i know. servicing fast and safe. and also i Found the action taxi office checking and controlling drivers that drive safe and nice With Customer. i see many time they warn driver that driving fast. and also i know all Drivers Checking by Montgomery county, for drug and fingerprint test. i was talking one Of Action taxi driver and all taxi company charging same money a day ($100.00 or $105.00) he said. Overall Action taxi using all clean and safe cars for taxi. and you Have use one time and you find yourself how is good service they have.
It's a good cab company but since they have a contract with metro access, they don't have enough units to cover more customers
