The facility is very well maintained but best of all, has amazing staff. My reservation was not only fast, I left knowing everything I needed to know about leasing a self storage unit there (Bob is the man!)
This was the easiest part of our moving debacle! Bob, the manager, was so incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, even let us pick which floor we wanted our unit on and got us a great deal. He made the whole process an absolute breeze, thank you again!
Octavia Shaw is the BEST! She made my stressful move into storage actually pleasant and smooth. I even had to give her a hug for her graciousness in easing my fears as a 1st time storage renter. Bob Stephens also helped me with the final arrangements in a thorough and smooth manner and both had me smiling as I left the facility armed with instructions and one of the most pleasant experiences of this type for me - EVER. Bob made leasing easy and the facility is bright, clean, and best of all kept at a nice cool temperature. I signed for my unit during one of those warm days in early November and when I showed up to drop off some stuff on the first frigid sub-30 degree day in December it felt the same, which is important to me.
We have had a great experience with CubeSmart so far! The Research Place location has been efficient, friendly and helpful. We tentatively reserved a unit with Octavia then decided we needed a larger unit. She handled it over the phone, and when we stopped by Mark showed us several units in our size and let us pick the one that was most convenient for load in and load out. The price is competitive and the location is two miles from our home. We were thrilled to learn that they are opening two more facilities, one on the same property and the other close by on Gaither Road.
