For the most part, clean, nice, spacious rooms.
Service was terrible. Eveytime I asked for something, they were out of it. Their convenient store in lobby was empty during my entire stay.
I don't think I would stay there again. Not with all the choices of hotels in the area.
My experience with this hotel has been a total nightmare. I was informed if I paid with cash I was required to put down a deposit. 30 days later no deposit and I'm getting the run around from corporate exes. and management on whereabouts of funds owed. They insist fund were released and have given me numerous dates of released funds. Very unprofessional at assisting me in this matter. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
We were treated to a two night stay by a family member because my husband was having surgery and we were coming in from out of town with no family close to the surgery center. The hotel is clean and our room was large. We were booked for a two bed room but accommodated with a handicapped room upon request. The one bed was queen size and not very comfortable which was the reason for four stars. The front desk staff was friendly but when I asked the price of candy in the snack bar I didn't get a straight answer so I walked out. The associate may have been playing when he said it depended on how many calories were in the bar, if it was 200 calories it would be $2.00, if 300 $5.00. The issue for me was when I walked away he never gave a serious answer but went back to his conversation with a co-worker. I was impressed with the health center it is very clean and had separate rooms depending on what you selected to do. Overall it served our purpose well and I would recommend it for a conference place or a short stay in the area.
Highly recommend. We stayed two nights. Their shuttle took us to the metro station and picked us up. Took us to dinner both nights and picked us up. The service was great. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable Of how to get a round the area.
The staff has been wonderful. My flight was delayed and I didn't check the in until 2 a.m. with special request, of course. The night manager made certain I got the accommodations which would work for me. The location is great and I'm very pleased I chose the Radisson.
However, the staff was the biggest problem. Rude, unfriendly, unaccommodating and just seemed to hate their jobs and helping customers. They made me feel as if I was bothering them instead of making me feel at home and welcome. The entire staff (from the front desk people, to housekeeping and room service, to the bartender) were guilty of this. Shame.
