The office staff are not in the least bit helpful. In one visit the hygienist was unable to clean all my teeth in the allotted time and I had to come back for a second sitting and they charged my insurance twice for there incompetence. Just last month I was 12 minutes late for my appointment. They said I would been seen next and after 15 minutes told me they would have to reschedule. Now they are charging me a cancelation fee. The staff is unprofessional and in my opinion lazy.
I have been coming to this office for 5 years and love the staff and the doctors. They have always been very professional, caring and helpful. I was terrified to go to the dentist before I found this office, now I would never go anywhere else. I have recommended this office to 8 friends and family members who have gone and loved the office as well. When I was ill last year, the doctors and staff sent me a card and called to check on me. The doctors are able to perform top rated services without pain. I highly recommend this office!!
