I wish I could give them 0 stars. Dr. Emam herself is an ok dentist, not the best that I've had. It seems like no matter what I get done, I have to come in several times (either labs are not in, x-rays never sent to my insurance even though I was told they were, the color of the crown didn't match my tooth, the list goes on...). The office staff (Christa, in particular) is horrible. In my opinion, the doctor is only as good as his/her office staff. Her staff is incompetent and rude. Stay away.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Betty Emam for more than 20 years. She is a skilled dentist and has always been friendly and understanding. Her new location in Rockville is very clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Emam.
