I used to work at a car dealership, and can attest that this place goes way above and beyond what you'll find at most places. You can see how a car shop does business by how they deal with it when things don't go according to plan. Do they try to jerk around the customer to see what is the minimum the customer will accept? Do they use manipulation to make more profit in the service shop to help their bottom line? Not so here. I had a mechanical problem the car manufacturer made in my car's model year, and a problem with my warranty company. Member car took responsibility for it, gave me a loaner car, fixed the car, and didn't put me through a bunch of hassle like most dealerships/service shops do when faced with the same situation. Granted, I bought the car from Member Car, so there was a reputation to protect. But I know it doesn't go down like that at most places; though they'll do the work, most places would have put the customer through a big fight, trying to get every nickel and dime before they agree. Member Car just kept me aware of the situation and handled it. 5-star; love the car.
I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX from member car 3 weeks ago. Love the car, after getting it home found a couple flaws but nothing that cant be fixed. I was promised a Cargo cover for the back that I received and a owners manual that I received also ....it was a 2012. But just purchased another one myself. But with everything said, I drove 2 hours to look at the car had a great experience, with this Dealership. They were no pushy, they answered all my questions. After many phone calls back and forth (because I lived so far away) I received. I did a lot of research on this car and the dealership at Membercar.
