Had a move in date set and confirmed with the manager the day prior to moving in. On the day of move-in, the manager never showed up and nobody was on-site to let us in. We waited for an hour and left with our trailer still filled. Left several messages and never received any response. There are plenty of other storage options in the area, I would recommend going to one of those.
Just like most storage places
There are no climate controlled units.
Staff are nice, but prices are very very high for a small space. Hours of access are limited. No bathrooms. The worst aspect of the place for me are the extremely small entrance/exit doors to the inside storage units. Very difficult to move things in and out. Moreover, the doors don't stay open, and there are no available doorstops.
