Exceptional staff and customer service. Purchased a massage and facial for my parents for their anniversary...they loved the service. Patricia and Kim went above and beyond to help make it a special experience for my parents. I could not have picked a better spa!

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The process took forever, which is fine if the end result was good. My manicurist, I believe, had an injured hand as she only used one. Again, no issues there if the end result was good. By the end of the manicure and pedicure my nails were not even, the polish was chipping the same day, my toes were uneven and almost jagged, cuticles were not handled properly, I had hang nails the following day. There was no attention paid to my feet during the pedicure. I watched the woman in the chair next to me and she seemed to have a completely different experience so I inquired what kind of pedicure she was getting -- we were getting the same but you couldn't tell as the technicians gave two completely different pedicures. I'm from out of town so paying $68 for a mani pedi is way more expensive than I'm used to but I figured I was going to get a premiere experience -- I did not. Very disappointed.
