The first transaction was on 12/2/2017 for $100.00, then a credit in the same amount on 12/9/2017. Almost as if they were trying to see if my card had money on it.

I've noticed several comments about fraudulent credit card transactions and want to let y'all know I've received the same sort of transactions and made attempts to contact this business via phone and fax, both numbers disconnected.
Paul and his staff are excellent! From helping you stretch before doing the prescribed exercises to icing you down when you're all done! Everyone pitches in to help or assist to make sure correct form is used and you quickly go from one exercise to the next! I love their attitude and smiles! Thank you for helping me get my shoulder back in working order!
Today, I noticed I had a pending charge for an online purchase that I did not authorize. My account is now frozen to prevent any further activity.
Live in a different state yet my bank account has been charged numerous times from this location.
Only gave one start because it is required. Received fraud charges on my credit card by this business. Tried to call them and the number on their website is disconnected. Reported to my card company and had the charges removed. Have never been to or used this place as i live in another state.
