I was in the market for a new car insurance provider. I was referred to Vashawn Henry. I must say that his expertise, his professionalism and the sense of urgency that he showed me was above reproach. For me, customer service supersedes cost. In the consumer market, it is everything. I'd rather pay a higher price for something if the service is great as oppose to paying a smaller amount for poor customer service.
