Literally incompetent. Please don't risk your health by coming here.
EDIT: it has now been twelve days since the original request. I was finally able to at least leave a message, where I asked them to call me back. Instead, they sent a prescription denial to the pharmacy with the message that I needed to contact them. My only way of contacting them at this point is to make an appointment. This isn't the first time I've had to set up an appointment in order to get an answer from a doctor at this office. They scam their patients to get more money from insurance companies.
I needed refills on a prescription, so my pharmacy faxed a request for refills to the doctor. Two weeks later, the doctor's office still hadn't responded. So I tried calling. Even though I called during their regular business hours, I got a voice recording that said their offices were closed. The next day I tried again - same thing happened. By this point I'm out of my medicine, and this was by far the first time I've seen such unprofessional behavior from this office.
I have Dr. Bhandary over 12 years and he has been very supportive and helpful over the years before he turned over tho this Practice. Since then, I have constantly having problems with nurses over the phone and they never have manners or understanding the patients. They are MEAN and RUDE with patients over the phone. Where did they come from? They need more training on sensitive and people's needs than being so RUDE and MEAN.
I'll be switching to a new doctor's office, pronto.
Their billing department is as crappy as they come. Double charge for appointments. Don't bill to insurance even after you pay your copay. Most of the "doctors" are PA's. Looking for an new doctor. They also don’t keep track of payments.
I've been seeing Dr.Hodge for years. I adore her and the nursing staff. They're good about getting you into an appointment within one - two days. I have no complaints.
