So these guys instead of fixing the problem they made it worse. I don’t think I’ll be using their services any time soon. Such a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Back in October in 2011, I sold this company a canoe, that they needed urgently for a job, lent them in good faith some ratcheting straps, because they had come unprepared with nothing to tie it down. They promised to return them the following weekend, and although we called them, and they first said they would return it, then upon another call, they now claim they had returned them. As of yet I don't have my straps. Stay away from them, they do not keep their word!
