I switched Aronson from a small yet very capable accounting firm because of a requirement of a new lender, who wanted a larger firm. My firms’ experience with Aronson proved that larger is not better. The service was the worst of any accounting firm I have ever worked with both large and small. This could be because my company was not as big as their other clients however my feeling is, don’t take the work if you are not set up to support small to mid-size growing companies.
These guys offered us guidance on navigating through the hurdles of receiving federal funding. I highly recommend working with them if you're a start-up/tech-company.

I have been working with Aronson for over a year and have found their service level, their technical knowledge and their overall attitude to be excellent. I have recommended them to a number of our incubator companies and have heard only positive reviews for both tax and accounting advice and services. They have led a number of classes at our campus on financial and tax issues for our companies and we have received positive reviews regarding the practicality and quality of their presentation.
Our firm is far more organized than most our size though a complicated organizational structure, our books and records were very well prepared yet Aronson took a long time to prepare our returns push our work behind other clients. My staff and I were universally dissatisfied with the services of Aronson, specifically Bob Bender one of the partners and Martha Gurevitz. We found them to be rude, disrespectful, disorganized, and repeatedly requesting the same information. We have moved on to another firm which we are very happy with but I felt compelled to write this review to share our experience.
